Physical Focus: navigating obstacles, utilizing hands and fingers, practicing various movement patterns
Cognitive Focus: sign and verbal communication, identifying objects and utilizing them correctly, explore and utilize sensory information
Emotional Focus: relationship and trust building, allowing them to feel and explore their feelings, identifying and supporting their individual needs allowing their personalities to develop and flourish
Our 12 month-18 month studio focuses on expanding communication (both sign and verbal) and building fine motor skills through lots of movement and sensory activities. Their day is fulfilled getting to play on and navigate various obstacles, exploring different sights, sounds, and textures through music, books and various activity centers both inside and outside. All activities supply the little heroes with lots of practice working with their hands, stimulating their senses. and getting them comfortable with moving and navigating their body.
